Certification Payment Plan and Refund Terms

Program: Biologically Aligned Design and Environment as Preventive Medicine Certification
Total program fee: $1,200 USD
**Payment plan:** 4 monthly payments of $300 USD

These terms apply in addition to the Institute's Terms of Use. They are presented at enrollment and checkout.

1. Agreement to Pay the Full Amount

By selecting the payment plan, you agree to pay the full program fee of $1,200 USD in four monthly installments of $300 USD. The first payment is due at enrollment. Each subsequent payment is due on the same calendar day of each following month.

The payment plan is a convenience for spreading the cost of the program. It is not a subscription, and it does not create a right to cancel after the refund window described in Section 4.

2. Delivery Schedule

The certification is delivered on a weekly drip schedule. Week 1 is released at enrollment. Each subsequent week unlocks seven days after the previous week.

Week 1 covers foundational material that is largely academic and widely represented in the public literature. Week 2 introduces proprietary frameworks, terminology, and method-specific content.

This schedule determines the refund window described below.

3. No Cancellation After the Refund Window

Once the 7-day refund window described in Section 4 has passed, the payment plan cannot be cancelled and you remain responsible for the full $1,200 regardless of whether you complete the program.

This means:

If you are uncertain whether you can commit to the full amount, please choose the pay-in-full option or wait until you are able to.

4. Refund Window

Because the program is delivered on a weekly schedule, you have 7 days from your enrollment date to request a refund. Week 2 unlocks on day 7. Once Week 2 has been released, refunds are no longer available.

If you request a refund within 7 days and have not accessed Week 2, we will refund any payments made in full, and your enrollment will be closed.

Refunds are not available after 7 days, after Week 2 has been released, or after accessing proprietary module content, whichever comes first.

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account.

Where local consumer protection law grants a longer cancellation period, that period applies.

5. Failed or Late Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, you will receive an automated notification and a 7-day grace period to update your payment method and complete the payment.

If payment is not received within the 7-day grace period:

Repeated failed payments may also result in the account being referred to a collections process.

6. Access

Full access to released course materials and the guided project is granted at the first payment. Materials unlock on the weekly schedule described in Section 2. Access continues as long as payments are current, and then for the access period set out in the Institute's Terms of Use.

7. Certification Requirements

Completion of the certification requires:

Certificates are not issued until the balance is paid in full, even if all coursework is complete.

8. Payment Methods and Currency

All amounts are in US dollars. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges of $300 USD on the schedule described in Section 1.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute rather than contacting us directly, access will be suspended while the dispute is resolved. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, the original payment schedule and any accrued late amounts remain due.

Please contact [email protected] before initiating a dispute. Most issues can be resolved directly.
